AFAES ry is working in the capital region in the field of immigrant integration especially among those who have come to Finland from Africa.
Many immigrant background youths have experienced bullying, racism, and discrimination in their daily lives. Racism makes it much more difficult to integrate into Finnish society.
Bantaban project will organize a funding seminar
“New winds of organization’s funding” 21st October 2021

Aim: To have a discussion between funders and immigrant led organization’s of the principles of funding in the future. Seeking and applying project funding is endless job! Fundraising request a major workload. What can small NGOs do to succeed better with their funding strategies?
Funders have an opportunity to inform about their goals in integration and expectations of future cooperation. Multicultural organizations have a chance to tell what they are doing currently and what are the needs when it comes to integration, employment, anti-racism work, anti -bullying activities and family crisis among immigrant families.
